　　赵宝刚（中国） [评委会主席]

　　中国著名导演，享有“中国第一言情大师”的美誉。从一名首钢的翻砂工人，到北京电视艺术中心的仓库保管员、剧务、导播到一名 广受喜爱的导演，赵宝刚从未停止对艺术执着的向往和追求。担任导演多年来，执导了多部中国家喻户晓、收视率较高的电视连续剧，如《渴望》、《编辑部的故事》、《过把瘾》、《东边日出西边雨》、《永不瞑目》、《拿什么拯救你，我的爱人》、《别了，温哥华》等。其作品多次获得国家广播电影电视部“飞天奖”、大众电视“金鹰奖”等国内主要奖项，多次被评为中国电视艺术家“双十佳”中的“十佳导演”。同时，赵宝刚还是重庆大学电视电影学院兼职教授、加拿大多塞影视学院客座教授。

　　Zhao Baogang (China)

　　Zhao Baogang is a Chinese famous director, who owns the reputation of“the greatest Chinese master in describing loving stories”. Zhao Baogang has never given up his pursuit and desire for art, no matter when he was a worker in the First Steel Factory, or a store-keeper, a stage-manager, a play-director in the Beijing TV Art Center, or a popular director. Being a director for ages, he has directed several well-known TV series with high audience rating such as“Desire”,“Stories in the Editorial Office”,“Enjoy Yourself to the Full”,“Sun Rises in East, Rain Falls in West”,“Never Close Eyes”,“How to Salvage You, My Beloved”,“Farewell, Vancouver”and etc. His works have received many domestic main awards such as“Flying Heaven Award”of the TV & Films Department and“Golden Eagle Award”of the Mass TV Program, and he himself has been titled“Top Ten Directors”of the Chinese TV Artists.

　　Meanwhile, Zhao Baogang is the concurrent professor of Meishi Film Institute of Chongqing University and the visiting professor of Canada Docy Film College as well.

　　李康县（韩国）

　　韩国KBS电视台制片人协会会长。毕业于延世大学文学院法文系,美国俄亥俄州州立大学通信学院访问学者。

　　1987年11月经KBS电视台第15期公开招聘入台工作,至今从事电视剧创作18年，1994-1996年接受美国俄亥俄州州立大学（CSU）的邀请进行研修学习〉。之后编导的作品有青少年题材的电视剧《学校2》，《学校3》；系列短剧《大方的爱》；每日连续剧《哈罗!巴尔巴里》。

　　2002年9月担任意大利奖（PRIX ITALIA）电视剧评委。

　　最近刚完成每天早晨的电视系列剧《你是星星》。

　　Lee Kang Hyun (Korea)

　　Lee Kang Hyun is the president of KBS producers’association. He graduated from Yongsei University in 1988 majoring in French literature.

　　Since he entered KBS in 1987, he has worked as a TV producer for 18 years. From 1994-1996, Lee studied in Cleveland State University in the U.S. and received a certificate of communications. During the years that he engaged himself in producing, he produced youth programs such as“School1”,“School2”, Mini Drama Series“Hard Love”, Weekday Drama Series“Hello, Balbarie”.

　　In September 2002, Lee was juror of the drama category in Prix Italia, Italy. Now he has just finished his weekday morning drama series“You’re My Star”.

　　佩尼·查普曼（澳大利亚）

　　查普曼影业公司执行总监、澳大利亚著名电视节目制片人。

　　七十年代获得澳大利亚国立大学政治学学位以后，在南澳洲电影公司担任助理制片人。她开设了女性电影单元，并且参与制作多部影片。之后她先后领导澳大利亚电影委员会项目发展部和特别项目基金部。此间她帮助多部故事片和电视剧的制作筹措资金，其中包括电视节目《真正相信的人》和故事片《航海者》。

　　1987年离开澳大利亚电影委员会以后，佩尼建立了自己的制作公司，制作多部电视剧，包括《基督的新娘》。她同时也监督了多部电视节目剧本的编写。

　　1989年佩尼担任澳大利亚广播公司电视剧部门主管。其间，她担任了多部电视剧的执行制片人，包括荣膺多个大奖的《离开利物浦》以及《七宗罪》。1995年她被委任以澳大利亚广播公司电视部主管。她的节目关注年轻人，不仅赢得了观众，而且收视率屡创新高。

　　1998年佩尼回到她自己的制作公司。其公司的作品包括纪录片连续剧《轨迹》，故事片《古染之路》等等。目前她正忙于SBS电视剧《乱》的后期制作。正在制作的电视电影包括根据同名小说改编的《单身汉之吻》。

　　Penny Chapman (Australia)

　　Penny Chapman is managing director of Chapman Pictures, a Sydney-based film and television production company.

　　A Political Science graduate from the Australian National University, Penny worked as an associate producer for the South Australian Film Corporation in the 1970s. She set up a women’s film unit and produced some other films.

　　Later she headed the Project Development Branch and then the Special Production Fund of the Australian Film Commission. She helped finance the development and/or production of many feature films and series including the TV program“The True Believers”and the feature“The Navigator”.

　　On leaving the AFC in 1987, Penny established a production company and developed the mini series“Brides of Christ”. She was also supervising script editor on TV programs.

　　Penny joined the ABC as Head of Drama in 1989 where she executive produced several dramas including the multi award-winning“The Leaving of Liverpool”and“Seven Deadly Sins”.She was appointed Head of ABC Television in 1995. Her focus on youth programming saw both audience and content levels for the Network increase to the highest .

　　Penny returned to her production company in 1998. Its credits include the documentary series“The Track”and the feature“The Road From Coorain”etc. She is currently in post-production on the mini series“RAN”for SBS filmed in the Torres Strait Islands. Telemovies in development include“Bachelor Kisses”, based on the Nick Earls novel.

　　托德·P·利维特（美国）

　　美国电视艺术科学学院主席兼首席运营官。毕业于美国俄亥俄州凯尼恩学院，获得纽约州立大学法学院的法学硕士学位。

　　在加入NBC之前，利维特是里沃斯娱乐集团的执行副总裁，还曾担任DL塔夫纳有限公司首席运营官和CBS福克斯家庭录像的采购经理。此前，利维特还是郁金香媒体有限公司的总经理，这是一家为电影融资和为电视包装的公司，其客户多为大型跨国媒体公司。成立郁金香公司之前，利维特还担任过联合电视集团的董事长，并代表加拿大最大的娱乐公司—联合传媒公司指导其电视制作和发行活动。此外，利维特曾任美国NBC下属制作公司执行副总裁，负责日常业务运作。

　　美国电视艺术科学学院在美国电视行业的各个方面都起着重要作用。学院还是艾美奖的评选和颁发机构。作为主席和首席运营官，托德主管学院的日常工作和人事安排。

　　Todd P. Leavitt (USA)

　　As president and COO of the Academy of Television Arts & Sciences, Todd Leavitt oversees the day-to-day activities of the Academy and also supervises the ATAS staff, including the executives in charge of all the key departments. The Academy of Television Arts & Sciences is the leading membership trade association of working professionals from all disciplines of television production. It is also responsible for the administration and awarding of the Emmy.

　　Before working for ATAS, Leavitt was successively managing director of Tulip Media Ltd., chairman of the Alliance Television Group, executive vice president of NBC Studios and executive vice president of Reeves Entertainment Group. Among his other entertainment industry positions, Leavitt was chief operating officer of D.L. Taffner Ltd., and worldwide head of program acquisitions for CBS/Fox Video.

　　He is a Phi Beta Kappa graduate of Kenyon College in Gambier, Ohio, and received a law degree from the New York University School of Law.

　　丹尼尔·布朗（德国）

　　德国电视二台（ZDF）电视剧部高级编辑。罗马语言文学、德国语言文学以及哲学硕士学位。布朗曾担任电影评论、建筑以及旅游专栏记者。曾为汉堡《大都市》策划电影评论专栏《寻找葡萄牙》。翻译过葡萄牙电影及文学。还曾经担任汉堡低成本电影论坛以及汉堡电影节的编辑。

　　1995年至1997年，布朗担任ZDF电视台《小电视游戏》部门责任编辑，负责开发和监督年轻一代的电影作品，其中包括法第·亚金广受好评的银屏处女作《Kurz und Schmerzlos》。1997年后布朗一直担任ZDF电视剧部门的责任编辑，负责黄金时段电视电影节目《本周电影》，周六黄金段警匪片剧场《周六夜的恐怖片》，综合电视剧以及ZDF德语合拍片。

　　布朗参与监督制作了百余部电视剧。2002年以后他是NORDMEDIA基金会成员。同时他也是Max-Ophüls-Film电影节剧本评委。

　　Daniel Blum (Germany)

　　Masters Degree in Roman languages and literatures, in German languages and Philosophy. Free lance journalist with main emphasis on film critics, literature critics, architecture and travel reports. Conception of series‘Wo liegt Portugal?’(Where is Portugal located?) for Cinemathek Hamburg‘Metropolis’. Translator for films and literature from Portuguese into German. Editor for the Hamburg Low-Budget-Film forum and for Filmfest Hamburg.

　　From 1995 to 1997 commissioning editor at ZDF, department‘Das kleine Fernsehspiel’: responsible for development and supervision of young talent films, including Fatih Akin’s multi-awarded‘Kurz und schmerzlos’. Since 1997 permanent employment as commissioning editor in ZDF’s TV Movie Department, responsible for TV Movies at prime time’Movie Of The Week’and for criminal series at prime time‘Saturday Night Thriller’, multi-part Event TV Movies and German language ZDF-Cinema Co-productions.

　　Blum has developed and supervised more than 100 TV-movies. Since 2002 he is a member of the funds-allocation-committee of NORDMEDIA for the support of film development. He is also a member of the script jury of Max-Ophüls-Film Festival. Blum is now working in an independent ZDF affiliated office in Hamburg.

　　杨澜（中国） [评委会主席]

　　杨澜女士现任阳光媒体投资控股有限公司董事局主席,系资深传媒人士，全国政协委员.

　　1990年，毕业于北京外国语大学，获英美语言文学学士学位。1990年至1994年,担任中央电视台《正大综艺》节目主持人，1994年获中国第一届主持人“金话筒奖”。之后，她就读于美国哥伦比亚大学国际及公共事务学院，并获国际事务硕士学位。1998年至1999年，杨澜加盟香港凤凰卫视中文台，开创名人访谈类节目《杨澜工作室》，并担任制片人和主持人。2000年，创办了大中华区第一个以历史文化为主题的卫星频道—阳光卫视。2000年和2001年，阳光文化两次入选《福布斯》全球最佳小型企业。2001年，应邀出任北京申办2008年奥运会的形象大使；同年7月，在莫斯科国际奥委会会议上代表北京作申奥的文化主题陈述。2002年，担任国际艾美奖电视奖纪录片及艺术纪录片评委。

　　Yang Lan (China)

　　Yang Lan is a member of the National Committee of the Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference and the Chairperson of Sun Media Investment Holdings Limited.

　　Ms.Yang received her bachelor degree in English Language and Literature from Beijing Foreign Studies University and acquired her master degree in International Affairs from Columbia University. She won national fame in 1990 by hosting“Zheng Da Variety Show”on CCTV.

　　In 1999 and 2001, Ms. Yang was named by Asiaweek magazine as one of the“Leaders in Society and Culture in Asia”and one of the“Movers and Shapers of the 21st Century of China”respectively. In 2000, she established Sun Media, which was listed in Forbes as one of world’s best small enterprises in both 2000 and 2001.

　　Ms. Yang served as a Goodwill Ambassador for Beijing’s bidding for the 2008 Olympic Games and as one of the speakers in the final presentation to the International Olympic Committee in Moscow.

　　In 2002, Ms.Yang served as a juror for the TV documentaries and art documentaries category in the International Emmy Awards.

　　张以庆（中国）

　　湖北电视台纪录片导演、高级记者、中国电视纪录片学术委员会理事。

　　从业18年来，其作品共获中国“五个一”工程奖1个、国家级政府一等奖4个、中国电视金鹰奖3个、国际奖项5个。主要代表作品有《舟舟的世界》、《英和白》、《幼儿园》等，其中纪录片《舟舟的世界》进入欧美主流媒体，《英和白》被译成英、法、德、荷兰语，被联合国教科文组织邀请参加世界文化研讨大会。

　　张以庆还受邀代表中国赴法国、荷兰、印度参加国际学术大会。他先后被邀请到北京电影学院、北京广播学院、中国人民大学、北京师范大学、上海戏剧学院、武汉大学等名校作学术讲座。其作品作为全国高校传媒专业的教学片。

　　张以庆相继荣获第五届范长江新闻奖、湖北省新闻名人、湖北省劳动模范和湖北省有突出贡献的中青年专家。

　　Zhang Yiqing (China)

　　Documentary Director, Senior Journalist of Hubei TV Station, Member of China Academic Committee on Television Documentary.

　　In his 18 years documentary making, his works have won a“5-1 Achievement Award”, 4 First Prizes from state-level governments, 3“Golden Eagle Awards”and 5 International awards. The documentaries he made include“Zhouzhou’s World”,“Ying & Bai”and“Kindergarten”, among which“Zhouzhou’s World”was widely accepted by mainstream media in Europe and America, and“Ying & Bai”was translated into English, French, German and Dutch, and was invited to World Culture Seminar by UNESCO.

　　As a Chinese director, Zhang has also been invited to attend international academic conferences in France, Holland and India. He has also held lectures in prestigious universities including Beijing Theater Academy, Beijing Broadcasting Academy, China Renmin University, Beijing Normal University, Shanghai Theater Academy, Wuhan University etc. His works have become the illustrators for mass media majors in higher learning institutions across the country.

　　Zhang has received the 5th Fan Changjiang News Award, the Honor of Famous Newsman in Hubei Province, the Honor of Model in the province, as well as the Honor of Young & Middle-aged Experts with Outstanding Contributions.

　　帕特里克·莫里斯（英国）

　　帕特里克·莫里斯是英国布里斯托BBC自然历史部的系列片制片人，动物学一级荣誉学位。在其15年里的创作生涯中，曾为BBC、Discovery频道、动物行星、国家地理频道、WNET、WGBH、ORF以及ZDF制作过多部野生动物纪录片，并多次获奖。

　　帕特里克的作品把他带到了全世界。他曾以《属于大海的人们》获1997年Jackson Hole电影节最佳影片，该片描述了Newfoundland的野生动物和渔场的危机；2001年以欧洲大陆生物地理系列片《非洲之野》获Jackson Hole最佳短片系列剧，片长300分钟；他还曾三次获得Missoula IWFF的最佳影片，分别是2000年讲述Ainu人眼中日本北部野生动物的《上帝的花园——自然的世界北海道》，2002年的《非洲之野》和2004年讲述从南非到纳米比亚和安哥拉的历经万年的沙粒的《自然世界：沙丘》；此外，《沙丘》和《北海道》这两部作品曾获上海电视节白玉兰奖最佳自然类纪录片奖。

　　帕特里克最近已为BBC、ORF和ZDF完成了一部片长200分钟，有关欧洲自然景观变化的系列剧。目前正为BBC和国家地理电视制作一部片长150分钟关于格拉帕高斯岛生物地理的高清晰系列剧。

　　Patrick Morris (UK)

　　Patrick Morris is a series producer working with the BBC Natural History Unit in Bristol, England. He holds a first class honors degree in Zoology and has been making award-winning wildlife documentaries for 15 years for BBC, Discovery Channel, Animal Planet, National Geographic, WNET, WGBH, ORF and ZDF.

　　Patrick’s work has taken him across the world. Among his many awards he has won the Best of Festival at Jackson Hole for“People of the Sea”(1997) a 50’film about the wildlife and fishery crisis of Newfoundland, Best Limited Series at Jackson Hole for“Wild Africa”(2001), a 6x50’landmark series about the biogeography of the continent, three Best of Festivals at Missoula IWFF for“The Natural World Hokkaido : Garden of the Gods”(2000), a film about the wildlife of northern Japan as seen through the eyes of the Ainu people,“Wild Africa”(2002) and“The Natural World : Dune”(2004), a 50’film following sand grains on a ten thousand year journey from South Africa to Namibia and Angola. Patrick has also twice won the Magnolia Award for the Best Nature Documentary at the Shanghai TV Festival, for his films“Dune”and“Hokkaido”.

　　Patrick has recently completed a 4x50’series about the changing landscape and wildlife of Europe for BBC, ORF and ZDF. Now he is producing a 3 x 50’HiDefinition series about the biogeography of the Galapagos Islands for BBC and National Geographic Television.

　　苏泽尔·格兰黛尔（法国）

　　从1988年到2004年12月担任法国纪录片电影节——真实电影节主席。

　　格兰黛尔在电影社团开始了她的电影生涯。童年时代她发现了这些社团，后来走进社团开始参与导演工作。

　　在法国土鲁兹大学完成文学专业学习之后，她于1966年前往巴黎，为教育部公共图书馆董事会工作。

　　1978年她加入了真实电影界的组织者——位于蓬皮度中心的大众信息声像部。1987年她成为该电影节的主席。此后她游历世界各国为电影节挑选影片。

　　她也曾在CNC“国家电影中心”委员会基金会参与选片工作。

　　Suzette Glenadel (France)

　　Director of international film festival "Cinéma du Reel" devoted to documentaries from 1988 until Dec 2004.

　　Glenadel became involved in cinema through cinéclubs, which she discovered as a child and later went on to direct.

　　After literature studies at Toulouse university, she moved to Paris in 1966 to work for the Public libraries Directorate at the Ministry of Education.

　　In 1978 she joined the Audiovisual Department of Bibliothèque Publique d'information, the "Cinema Du Réel Festival " organizer housed in Pompidou Center. In 1987 Glenadel became director of the Festival. Since then she has traveled around the world to select films.

　　She was also a member of the CNC "National Center of Cinema's Commissions for selective Funding.

　　白井贤一郎（日本）

　　日本九州朝日广播有限公司（KBC）新闻部主任。

　　1988年4月1日进入九州朝日广播有限公司。起初，白井担任城市新闻记者。他制作了十来部纪录片，其中一部表现了二战期间饱受日本士兵凌辱的朝鲜慰安妇的生活，其他作品大多揭露了日本地方警察的非法搜查活动、日本非法移民问题等。

　　他于1998年1月到2001年9月在德国柏林担任朝日电视新闻网的特约记者。期间，他参与报道了许多重要的国际事件，其中包括1999年3月北约轰炸南斯拉夫、2000年10月南斯拉夫内战、欧元的发行以及欧盟的扩张等等。

　　Kenichiro Usui (Japan)

　　Kenichiro Usui is the director of news division, Kyushu Asahi Broadcasting Co., Ltd. (KBC).

　　Usui entered KBC in April 1988. He started his career as a city news correspondent.

　　He has produced around 10 documentaries, one of which depicts the life of Korean comfort women who were obliged to be under Japanese soldier in World War II. Other works mainly concerns illegal investigations by local Japanese police, problems of illegal foreign immigrant workers in Japan and so on.

　　He has worked as a foreign correspondent (for TV ASAHI News Network) based in Berlin Germany from January 1998 to September 2001. At this time he reported many global affairs, including bombs against Yugoslavia by NATO in March 1999, civil revolution in Yugoslavia in October 2000, introduction of EURO currency, expansion of EU (European Union).
