　　Military tension in Korean Peninsula over 5 decades has created a haven for rare wildlife. Although pains of separation are vividly felt at every corner, the mine-studded Demilitarized Zone is a home to many near-extinct animals. For its unique environment, ecologists around the world show intense interest in the region. Along with keeping the nation safe, soldiers at DMZ are endowed with one more special task, feeding the animals in the harsh winter.
